They do not bother their tenants and respond relatively fast to issues. Some issues are still pending, but overall Demeter is a good company. Our go to person is usually Tatianna. She is very thorough and understanding. Robert the maintenance man does his job well.

Rented a house in Sulphur Springs from Demeter back in 2013-2014. Had minimal issues with responsiveness from them on any issues we had at the residence. Will go to them first in the event I need to rent a house again in the Tampa area. Thanks!
