RecommendedI have leased with Demeter Properties now for almost 4 years and have lived in 2 of their properties. I appreciate everything they have had done for me from the kitchen remodel, replacing a broken window my child had broken in a timely manner and just working with me if I had unfortunate circumstances. RecommendedI've lived at my property 15yrs . they've only owned it about 4 yrs. they respond very quickly. they are patient and i have no complaints.
I've lived in my property for over 3 years now but prior to this I lived in another property owned by Demeter as well so over all I've been with Demeter for over 5 years or maybe 6. The staff is amazing, they always work on time, everything is perfect! I would highly recommend them to any friends and family. The Best Group in town. I love them!
