RecommendedI ADOPTED A PUPPY FROM DEMANES ANIMAL HOSPITAL AND I LIVE IN A CHICAGO SUBURB. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TRUE TO THERE WORD. THEY CALLED TO REMIND ME ABOUT HER SHOTS. I THOUGHT ABOUT GETTING THE SHOTS CLOSE TO HOME BUT AFTER SEEING THE LOVE AND CONCERN FOR MY PUPPY IT'S A PLEASURE TO DRIVE 3hrs THERE AND BACK TO HAVE PIECE OF MIND AND MY BEST FRIENDS HEALTH. I cannot say enough good things about Demanes Animal Hospital and all the staff. We are so lucky to have found such truly caring people! From the receptionists to the veterinarians. Everyone is wonderful. Dr. Addy especially went above and beyond for our sick puppy. He would personally call to check on her and always fit us in when she needed to be seen. I can't praise these people enough. last week, our cat was having problems breathing. we called our vet, he wasn't seeing patients. Covid 19. He advised us to take her to the after hours emergency. I made a call to Demanes Animal Hospital. No hesitation, bring her right it. They came out got her, after a day under their care, she is back home and being her old stand-off self. The most talented and caring group of professionals I have ever dealt with. My sweet fur baby was really in trouble but they didn't give up! They understood my feelings and were patient with me too. I have trusted Demanes for a couple of decades with many pets.....they are the best! Bella is her old self again. Her eyes are healed and she can see her future is bright.
All the staff are very friendly and caring. They make you feel comfortable and treat your fur babies and my feathered baby like they were their own! I will only board my two pups and bird there. They are awesome about you calling and checking. They post pictures of my crazy crew especially Bella(my bird)! They love Bella. They love my pups to but my bird she rocks! I recommend them to everyone. Very very clean and non cluttered office!!!
