I bought a truck from them and 40 miles later my tire didn’t go flat.... it blew up!! on the highway! I asked if there was anything that could be done, after I waited a week for the boss to come back they told me it was my fault for not asking for new tires before I left the lot.
Extremely unprofessional, disregard for customers. My husband scheduled an appointment to buy out his lease, took off work, when he got to the dealership he was told the person the appointment was with left for lunch. Furthermore, no one inside the building was adhering to the current state requirement to wear a mask, which is telling of the staff’s regard for its customers. Will continue to use Kalamazoo from now on who has top notch customer service.
Absolutely worst customer service ever. You call nobody knows anything about your car they had 3 wks for a 16 hr job. They don't respond to messenger, calls, voicemail or messages on website. I specifically asked them if they could do the job & they said yes. It's been 3 weeks and they want an additional $1500 for breaks, rotors & battery. I leave messages telling them to not do breaks or rotors & nobody responds. Cadillac told me not to go to someone else because I would be unhappy ... they were right. Very unprofessional! You get more information about themselves than you do the car you are buying. You can’t even get a straight answer to your questions. Completely dumbfounded how they even sell cars.

I am absolutely dumb founded by the complete disregard of this dealership. My mother purchased a vehicle 3 months ago... not even due for it's first oil change... and the car has leaked the entire 5 quarts of oil!! Of course the warranty that the sales rep sold us... doesn't cover the cost of getting it fixed. $5,000!! Now that the mechanic has the engine torn apart... someone tore the engine apart before and left a loose bolt AND didn't replace the timing chain correctly which has done even more damage to the engine!!! The CVT transmission they put in their vehicles are garbage. Took my vehicle in for recall work and got charged for putting in a new transmission. The new transmission in my Altima is already slipping and causing the car to jerk unexpectedly. Avoid like the plague, I know next time I am traveling a little further down the road to a better lot
Unprofessional dealership. Has no people skills, Kinda Rude. I would recommend going next door to either Ford or Heritage.
