On a time-sensitive document need presented to them on an afternoon, Diana listened carefully to the problem and quickly moved onto producing a notarized translation in less than 1/2 hour, all the while arranging to start working on an early version of the document while the physical one was underway, in order to spare me any potential wait time at her office.
