Stay away at all costs!!! When I moved here in spring 2022, the complex was well kept and well managed and I loved living here. Unfortunately, since the City of Austin announced that the complex will be torn down in the next 5 years for the property to be developed, management now does the absolute bare minimum. Cons: - The first building is literally crumbling AND THEY WON’T FIX IT. I don’t even know how this is legal. Do not live here. After 10 months of constant complaints about not having a working a/c unit, constant flooding, black mold growth and a major roach infestation the management has done the bare minimum to fix anything or lied about fixing the problems. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Do not move in, this is an unlivable apartment
