This is not the place to live if you work a 9 to 5 or have children. There were dead roaches all over to top of my cabinets when I moved in and a dead mouse behind my refrigerator the first week. There is a car riddled with bullets in front of my building from 2 daytime shootings in the same week. The laundry room closes at 4:30 pm and only has 1 working washer and dryer. Don't make the mistake of moving here because the rent is cheap!!
overpriced!!!! poor quality locations, Maintenance is poor, staff is rude and apartment is unkempt, old fashion and no suitable for kids
I live on Joliet street and I love my apartment. Maintenance replies quickly, office staff is always helpful and friendly, affordable and nice size apartments.
