Really great place! I love this place so much, and I've gone a few times, I've gone with my sisters, my mom, and with friends and I always recommend this place. They really know what they are doing and I'm never disappointed. The prices are also great, especially for the quality services they provide. Plus they just got new chairs and its even better.
Great service, clean facility.
I had a really bad experience at Duplex Nail Salon. I came in without an appointment and was told to wait, which I did patiently for 18 minutes. Then another woman came in—also without an appointment—and they told me to come back in 2 hours while taking her right away. As a person of colour, I felt completely disrespected and ignored. The way I was treated felt discriminatory and unfair. I left the salon feeling hurt and disappointed. I won’t be returning, and I hope they reflect on how they treat people.
