Buena atención en servicio de pedicura y manicura.
Absolutely horrible experience my mom went to get a pedicure and they cut the side of her toe and she ended up getting an infection. She had to get antibiotics and when I went in to get a refund the staff was absolutely unprofessional and rude they even said that I don’t understand English even though I speak it fluently. I was also told to call the manager and I never got a response back this place is super unprofessional I would not recommend going here it’s really disappointing. It clearly says “Walk ins Welcome” right outside, but when I walked in on a Friday afternoon they turned me away stating they don’t have time because they have an appointment arriving soon. There were two staff members and 2 customers in there. One was getting her nails done and the other was just making an appointment. Sounds like they need more staff. I was going on a trip and just wanted a pedicure but apparently they didn’t want my business.
Just called for an appointment, and both ppl I spoke with have nasty and negative attitudes every time I call to get a nail appointment/ service did, they have nasty unintelligent ignorant attitudes on the phone. From here on forward they don’t have to worry about me coming or calling their nail salon again.
Walked in for an appointment, felt very negative energy. Relaxing and service with smile is what I look for.
