Hi Ashley, I am sorry to hear about your experience. There is absolutely no reason he should've made you feel rush. That is not how we do things here and I want to apologize for that. Sometimes the nail clippers might be a little rusted but that is not an indication of sanitation. Even when cleaned, stainless steel would rust, especially where there is metal to metal contact. I brought in a picture and the guy said he couldn't do it so I asked for glitter instead but he said they didn't have it but I was there a week before and got glitter on my toes. I didn't want my nails cut and he cut them anyway and put on tips none of them were even most of them didn't cover the sides of my nails and he didn't file the tops before putting them on so its been less then two weeks and they have all popped off. I'm not hard on my nails I could understand maybe one but this is a little disappointing

Hi Alaina, I'm sorry to hear that. The employees here are asked specifically to be honest about their ability to do whatever design it is that a client comes in with so that they don't attempt and fail to do the design you want because I have heard of other shops that act like they can do anything just to take your money while you leave with a design that barely resemble the picture. Deluxe was recommended to be by a few friends. We came with a group of three and our overall visit was great. I was very happy with my mani/pedi. Very pleased with the staff and atmosphere. Will Definitely be returning!
