We hired Deluxe Limo Service for the solemn occasion of my Dad’s Memorial Service. Our executive car was discreet, immaculate and very comfortable. Our driver, Jay was professional and so helpful to my Mom who has difficulty getting in and out of vehicles. It was an especially hot day and Jay made sure we had cold water available to us. I was very disappointed with the service I received on my wedding day. I used this company for my bachelorette and I had an amazing time and it really fell short on customer service for our wedding day. It was hot and the limo was sweltering, and we were not offered any help with the AC. In my opinion, the air should of been turned on before guests were getting into the limo. In addition to this, We had trouble getting the radio to work and we were not offered any assistance, so we had to listen to talk radio the whole way. ... read more
