Dirty room, dirty bed lining, the bathroom walls were disgusting, cockroaches and insects everywhere, and after a bad night you wake up with allergy and itching.
This is my second stay in the last 5 years, as with the first time. Very pleased. The remodel is absolutely wonderful, rooms have been redone, painted, new laminate that looks awesome. Awesome! The outside has also been remodeled and the building looks great. The associates, including front desk, staff and housekeeping are a pleasure to deal with!
My sister was killed at this place . The guy that killed her did it on a Thursday Night . He was to check out the next day. The staff never check the room untill Tuesday because the killer came back asking for the key becuse left something in the room . My sister body was push in the bed mattress . The police said the smell was so bad that they couldn't beleve no one had notise :(( This go to tell you they don't cleen their room. Remeber my sister Tonia Cornwell 8/18/22 found 8/23/22 :((
I can't believe this place is still in business. Dirty, terrible owners, less than zero customer service.These people prey on those who are in dire straits, as most of the occupants of these rooms are on public assistance, and stay here year 'round. I had the unfortunate miserable experience of staying here a number of years ago and made the mistake of paying upfront for a week. What a horrible experience. The owner and staff are extremely rude. They barged into our room even though we told them we didn't need anything. I was nude stepping out of the shower one time. We found a camera hidden in the room also. Not sure if they know but that is highly illegal so I'll be making a police report and a report to the BBB and anywhere else that I can.
