Deluxe Carpet Cleaning overcharged us by $50. It took multiple calls before we were finally able to get a refund. We will not use this company again.

This is hands down the worst carpet cleaning company ever by far. We purchased their package after the guy who came out the first time touted what an awesome deal it was. He told us that for an initial $350 with the first cleaning, we would only pay $100 each for 2 more cleanings and that it would cover the entire house and our 2 area rugs. On 02-20-09 they came to my house to "clean" my carpets. The carpets are still dirty. They sprayed the carpet, then went over it with a scrubber but did not suck up the dirty water. The workers insulted myself and family, the laughed at me when I refused some of their extreemly expensive services. They spoke of pot being "good" infront of my children ect... I stoped payment on the check, and I am in contact with the Attorney Generals office.

These company is terrible to work with. I had my carpets cleaned and they did not come clean all the spots are still in my carpet it smells like mold and the unraveled my carpet with the buffer they use. They were late coming, destroyed my carpet, and the service is horrible. I called and told them to come back out and give me my money back and the were 2 and 1/2 lates and are so rude.
