I purchased a new Tundra pickup. The transaction process was great. I have had service performed on the truck also. I can't say enough nice things about my experience. Everything was handled promptly and all of the employees were very nice and courteous.
Great sales and finance personal. I came with an approval from my bank, we came to the lot not really knowing what we wanted, but managed to find something the wife wanted - test drove - paperwork completed in an hour and a half.. This was after we had looked at the neighboring car lots not really finding what we wanted. They made the process quick, friendly, and painless. Thanks Carlos and Strom!
Brenan Runager was an absolute pleasure to work with. Brenan made the whole process pleasant and responded to all of my questions quickly. Sam Strom, the Financual Services Manager explained everything in detail and there was no pushing to buy service packages I did not feel I needed or could afford. It was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.
I took my car for service, they offered shuttle service which we really appreciate. They called car was ready and they said driver will be picking up us in 10-15 min. 1 hr later we were still waiting for the driver. Next time don’t offer a service you don’t have enough employees to run or be honest with the waiting time so the person can decide if they want to wait or not. So they can call a taxi to get to the dealer
