Took my 2016 Silverado for a wash and interior cleaning. The interior cleaning was supposed to be free as I had the interior done on February 27, 2017. When I handed the receipts I had to the attendant, I was informed that this was the duplicate receipt and they required the original. I had taken my wifes car in for an interior a grant it, it was just the basic clean. But, what rubbed me the wrong way is that I asked if they can put RainX on while it was inside and he said I had to go through the car wash. Well, I didn't need a car wash but, I was glad to pay for it and he said they couldn't do it. Now what gets me.... you guys do almost everything under the sun there but, you guys "can't" put RainX on when a customer offering to pay for it????? Where's the customer service??????
Shame on me for going to delta sonic to get some scratches fixed on my truck they did a shitty job and damaged my vehicle and then are claiming they did not cause any damage... Wtf but they gave me a free super kiss pass... $500 damage and I get a free pass. Wow
