This is the second time I’ve had issues in OP! $40 later and I have to go home and clean my own car! They have you go through the car wash then drive right to interior...... interior never wipes my car down so there are spots and dirt left! The inside I had the boy do twice and he still couldn’t wipe anything down!! They are disgusting after the fact! well I really recommend the interior cleaning at your Delta Sonic on South Western in Union there they do the best interior cleaning out of all your Delta Sonics I passed three of them to go there out of my way that's how good they are at that location only
Its awesome. But I wasn’t there with Kelly, she’s just rubbing it in because I don’t have access. I recommend that delta sonic opens a location in south CHARLOTTE, NC!
Never had negative issues. Dirty car when entered Immaculate clean car existing. Lovely respectful staff members in field and out on the field
I paid for a 30 minute interior cleaning as well as a SuperKiss wash. The word "detail" is far from it. I came home and spent 30 minutes wiping down my windows & mirrors and dusting & cleaning areas of the interior I shouldn't have had to. Perhaps instead of focusing on the upsell employees (serious overkill in this area) they should concentrate on what can and can't be done for the $58 I spent.
I think the quality of car washes and especially the detail shop has gone down since the unlimited programs went into place. I was in Sunday morning with both trucks, they were not busy at all and it was the worst job I’ve ever gotten on both vehicles. I had to reclean both trucks and rewash all the windows when I got home. I paid extra to have wheel rims cleaned and waxed on my pickup and they were still filthy. I won A Professional detail through WYRK a year ago. Dropped car off at 9:15 am. Told it would take 4-6 hours. I got it at 5:10! Omg! It's beautiful! Like a brand new car! I told hubby to take everything out, and he did not! But this young man worked really hard, and this car I had for 6 years, and dogs,horses and grandkids, will you get the picture... Very impressed!
