I hate that my parents bought me a 125$ detail gift card because I’m forced to go back to use the rest of it. I brought my ram 1500 there to get detailed, I also asked the manager after they did the floor if they would put in my weather tech floor mats. She said not a problem. My mom took her rav 4 here yesterday. She had it washed and then the seats vacuumed and the floor mats cleaned. They did a good job cleaning it.. there was no dog hair left, the mats were spotless and it smelled really good inside.
Took my explorer there for an interior today and when The guy came over and asked what I wanted to focus on I said just a good vacuum and he looked at it and said there’s dog hair we can’t do a lot in 10 Min! I’m not asking for every last bit of hair to be gone don’t give me a snotty remark about it . I paid 18 bucks (had to pay extra cuz it has 3 rows even though the 3rd row isn’t up) to get my car cleaned and he made it sound like it will still be dirty ! I paid extra for the 5 min wax...i got the interior done too, so the people who wait out to dry off your car said to go right to detail. I HATE when they do that! THEN my car is NEVER wiped down and there are water drips all over! ...AND, they NEVER DID the wax! If they had, there would if been no water drip marks all over my car. I get the unlimited...i am debating on keeping it. Having a LOT of issues with the Orchard Park location
