I have been going 2 a delta sonic all my life started out in Buffalo now Syracuse. 49 years.. lol i love the delta sonic. But..... when they keep waiving their hands at you 2 get on the track you can't go any faster because the car ahead of you is right there but their arms just going going WHY? because it's only going to shut down halfway through the wash because they're backed up at the end drying the cars u can only herd so many in lol
My car wasn't done right at all it wasn't vacuumed nor was center console done when I asked to speak with manager he Said he was the manager they would do the car again then he gave me a free coupon what the he'll Ima do with a free coupon I don't live here he didn't do anything good for me I will never return there I wish I didn't give my money to them
They still have that personal touch by hand drying the cars. My baby always looks good after a nice bath there!
I don't even want to give them a star.... almost 3 hours for a 60min express detail and a useless manager
Don't go to Delta sonic you pay for outrageous amount of money for services for your car to be detailed and then it not have done plus they scratched my vehicle on the hood and passenger door and if you threaten them with the lawyer if they don't hurry up to get it done and do it the right way they decide they're going to deny your claim do not go through them I'm going to the Better Business Bureau about this Plus a lawyer their customer service is trash and don't know how to talk to people or possibly do the right thing fo... read more
Car vacuumed and cleaned $29.00 Looked good...I'll be back!
See my post with a summation of my visit today for details. tl;dr? Paid $30 for a cleaning, asked to have the trunk done and they flat out ignored it...then jogged off saying "sorry." without even offering to make it right.
