I have emailed the company but I never heard back. I had my car quickly detailed Saturday and there was not even a full vacuum involved. Dash wasn’t wiped down and other than a half vacuum and air freshener, I’m not sure what I paid for. My front bumper was still filled with bugs.
I’m really tired of the kids you hired rushing me through, and my car comes out still covered in tar and bugs. They barely hose it off during pre wash because they just rush rush you through. You raise prices, but don’t raise service. Also they do a terrible job drying.
Bought the three package Car Wash twice now and have repeatedly been jipped out of the rim polish and always have Gunk left on my grill after having my vehicle wipes down. Seems like the kids they hired to do the wiping process care less and less every single time I go. Very irritated.
There should be a zero star option. I got the inside cleaned today and it looked as though they must have done it blindfolded. Don’t waste your money just do it yourself. Because your going to have to do it yourself when you get home from getting it cleaned. Totally disappointed and won’t ever waste my money on the inside again.
