They need to retrain their employees. Had to go back twice because they didn’t do it right and they still didn’t clean my car properly

paid 34.99 plus tax for a full interior cleaning mind you I already pre cleaned quick myself...my car was done in less then 10min with muddy dog prints still on my leather seats...I was asked to look over my car to see if I was satisfied and I wasnt so i had the guy touch up a few spots that looked as if they havent even been touched and the second outcome was no better...took it home and had to redo it myself with shoe cleaner as I didnt have car cleaner and it came out better and 100% dirt free compared to how they did it ... read more
I definitely recommend Tim Horton's at the Delta Sonic. Pam has taken care of me before and she has great customer service and she is very friendly.
Terrible job of cleaning the interior of my car! When asked at the beginning what was most important to me, I said I wanted my car well vaccuumed. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed at all, and when I said I wasn't pleased with the result, I got no further cleaning and no satisfaction! I paid over $50 to get my car cleaned inside and outside, and was very unhappy with the result! I will never go back to Delta Sonic or recommend it to anyone else.
