Thanks Delta, nice work, you have been very helpful, and always made yourself available. We should do this again soon! Hi all, I was lucky enough to purchase couple small properties before in SD ... and hence I have had some experience with realtors ... well, Delta is the best. She will tell you the facts, give you some good advice, but she will never push you. She helped us get the place we wanted at what I believe was a good price. I recommend her.

Delta and Arlet together make a great team of realtors, they provided us with realtor service above and beyond what normal agents would do. In a slower market, they put in much more effort in open houses and marketing the property for sale. Our property was sold successfully within a month, I would highly recommend Delta with no conservation.

I met Delta from my brother who also helped him on getting his first house. We had a very exited experience with Delta, She helped us get our first house. Honestly, I don’t do reviews at all. But I had to take time for Deltas Review. She’s been amazing all through out the process. From professionalism all the way to customer service and going above and beyond for us. We definitely will use her services again in the near future.
