Let me start by saying that I don't do reviews. If you're getting a review from me it's big deal, but credit is due. I've lived here for 8+ years and I've never had a problem. The management is always responsive. When I moved here I had some issues with my bank but Vicki worked with me without penalty. When she retired and Christy took over the transition was smooth. When I hired someone from out of town I even had them live in one of their properties. Excellent bunch and I enjoy where I live. Very highly recommend.
Professional and ethical. Delta Property Management has always been accommodating and flexible. I have leased from them for three years and have never had a problem.
Worst experience ever. They are completely unethical. Their practices also violate the Landlord Tenant Act.
Vicky Dillion and Delta Management are the worse leasing company Ever!!! We lived at our home for Three years payed rent on time every month for three years. I called Vicki when we were moving out to find out what I needed to do to get my $950 deposit back. She left a list of things to get done which I accomplished for her. I called her several times after the first to check on the house and make sure we would get our deposit back.
