Staff not very helpful. Titanium status not recognized. Room has musty odor. Ok for 1 night. Bathroom in the suite room was huge. Bar/restaurant is good. Property has gone downhill in the past few years since we last stayed there.
Extremely rude customer service. Front staff was named Chez. She hung up on me mid sentence and had a horrible attitude. She works on the night shift. Hotel is poorly maintained with no soap and no working shower head.
I would not recommend using this hotel if you plan on needing the airport shuttle. This hotel is too cheap to put a logo on the shuttle, and when it arrives to pick up passengers at the airport, there's no identification on the vehicle at all to tell you it's a shuttle and the driver never leaves the seat. I called for a shuttle, waited 30 minutes for one that never appeared to arrive. I called back just to be told that I missed it and I'd have to wait 30 more minutes for the next shuttle.
