I just spent 6 nights here on my first ever vacation to Toronto. The hotel was beautiful. It's all so new and clean. Very high end. The SoCo restaurant was amazing. The location has to be the best feature of the hotel. You walk out the door, and the Ripley's Aquarium and CN Tower are right there. Easy walking distance to so many things. And Union Station is very close for getting the subway. I would highly recommend this hotel for a downtown stay! And I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Service at the restaurant was pretty poor! The room was very nice however waking up at 3:30 am to a fire alarm and not being told where to go by staff or what was the end conclusion was pretty awful especially after being put in the hotel after our flight was cancelled

Over priced rooms that are no better than Holiday Inn Express standard. Very poor customer service from the the bar and restaurant staff. Over priced food from a very basic menu and of a poor quality. Dirty plates and cutlery lying in the corridor all day. Only thing I can say anything good about is the helpful front desk staff

Large comfortable rooms. Pretty much all the amenities needed. Well equipped fitness center with dry towels, chilled wet towels, fruit, bottled water, as well as stretching mats, foam rollers, weights, medicine balls, universal gym, and many cardio stations. Nice pool, too, which I didn’t get a chance to use.

Stayed here for our 20th anniversary this week. Great location! Fabulous corner room with a huge bathroom! Staff were very good. David at the concierge desk went out of his way to book a restaurant for us including hauling down a cab. A huge thank you to another staff membe Isabelle Hamilton who exceeded customer service expectations with her cheery and helpful assistance -found my sweater! Thanks so much Isobelle

What an amazing hotel. The staff have been superb with some great recommendations by Aamir. The hotel is in a perfect position to explore Toronto and has exceptional views especially if you have a corner room with a bath. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto, it made our anniversary extra special.
