Krista is amazing and excels at making our stay incredible. The service is outstanding and our needs (accessible / sleep 4 etc) were exceeded without an issue. Would definitely recommend this hotel and Krista.

A truly outstanding hotel. Great amenities and staff are so helpful, polite and caring. Brilliant views from a very comfortable, spacious and well equipped room. Excellent location within easy access of the airport and major city attractions. Superb.
Great place to stay! Very clean. Friendly staff. Convenient location. I forgot an item in our room when we left and when I called they were very helpful and had it shipped home to me. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view overlooking the City. Thanks to Kayleigh for being so incredible and helpful. Such a down to earth girl, who always provided service with a smile. She went above and beyond at making us feel so at home and welcome at the hotel.
Great spot and location to all - 2 blocks from Air Canada Centre. Try to get high floor and access to Conceirge Lounge. Good gym and pool. Room very comfortable. Would book again.
All in all, a good stay. Great location. Great view from the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool and sauna. Would stay there again.
