Horrible horrible company to deal with!!! Getting paid from this company for services received is literally like pulling teeth. I’m really getting sick of these guys telling me multiple different stories for my benefits and getting paid back what I am owed. My dental office submits all my paperwork for what I’m having done I’m told by delta they will cover 80% of what I paid for out of pocket, so I go on and get dental work done after everything is submitted again for payment I am not even getting a 1/4 of what I paid for ba... read more
Delta Dental's shady practices need review. I shouldn't have to undergo an appeal process for something that was approved through my dental billing with Delta months prior. They hadn't encountered a similar situation so they just made up conflicting answers.
