Delta has the slowest and least helpful claim processing services. Rip off BIG TIME.
Have been a member paying $1,400 a year for my family of 4. Needed help with a claim issue and they were absolutely unhelpful. Dental insurance is truly a rip-off and Delta Dental's approach really adds insult to injury.

Delta Dental is a joke. Their health care wont cover you when you have a cracked tooth and get it fixed. They are trying to act like my cracked tooth is not covered. Do not give this company your money. Decline coverage and pay for coverage the dentist. This place does not take care of their customers.
None of the providers you list as accepting new patients with Minnesota Select Dental coverage are accepting new patients. Why is this a consistent, ongoing issue with Delta Dental?

Had the worst customer experience ever with Delta Delta MN. Due to retiring I was converting from a group employee enrollment to an individual enrollment. Initial customer service said I had 30 days to enroll without lapse of coverage. This was a misrepresentation resulting in a lapse of coverage. Over the course of 14 days I Spoke with 4 different reps and in each instance I was promised call backs. The call backs never occurred and I had to call and start over with a new person.
