Avoid this company. Technician who came to look at my washer did not know what he was talking about. He claimed I had a cracked tub, gasket and inlet valve in need of replacing. Got a 2nd opinion. None of those items were true. My machine was fine. A real expert came and resolved my issues immediately.
Avoid doing business with this company if you value your time. We had an appointment scheduled for a dryer repair between 9am-noon We took off work to be available. We received a call at 10:53am that came from an unknown number and went to voicemail. We called the number back at 11:02am and it was the technician. He said he was cancelling the appointment because I didn't pick up the phone. Upon calling the office they said, "that's the way we operate, we have a lot of appointments, you can schedule for another day." NO THANK... read more
