DO NOT ISE DELTA APPLIANCE REPAIR. THEY MISDIAGNOSED amy refrigerator repair. I paid them $693.00 for a 7 year old GE profile repair. It worked for 2 weeks. The technician came back and said it wasn’t what they repaired it was the Harness inside the door and couldn’t be repaired. They promised me a refund in November. I’ve called several times and it’s January 21st and I still haven’t received it. THE MANAGER NEVER ANSRRS THE PHone and always has an excited.
I wish there a way to give no star for the services that I had. The technician that came to repairs my Bosch dishwasher didn’t change anything and stated the possibility was a air bubble in my drain hose and I was charged $150 and the problem that I had requested was not fix and the same errors code repeated on my dishwasher. So nothing was fix and I was charge $150. I am requesting a refund for my money because nothing was fix and same problems on my dishwasher
It is too bad that do not have lower rating than one star.This company is a scam. Our refrigerator needed repair and the company send us a young kid he spent not more than 5 minutes in our house and diagnosed that we need several parts and the cost will be $1500.After they did not order the parts doesn’t communicated with us and finally told us that they can’t help us. But they still took our $75 for the service call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!.
If i could i would have gave them zero stars. A spam. A Technician came in just 2 min and did not checked anything to tell me that the replacement parts are not available so I have to change the appliance. If you do not want to pay 75 dollars for nothing, do not call them
This is a scam operation. Stay away!! They charged $500 to "fix" a one year old dryer and in the end didn't fix it.
What a scam. A serviceman came out to fix my dryer & charged me $79.95 for the assessment which would be applied to the repair. I was told the part would come in 2- 3 days. Almost 3 months later, 3 phones called & an email, I have not heard from them about scheduling the repair. I was promised that the supervisor, Osmond, would call ASAP. Still no word! I finally ordered the part which arrived in 2 days and fixed the dryer myself. I paid $79.95 for nothing!
Worst service. They didn’t repair anything when I called for fridge repair. N chat chef me $200. Once technician gone, fridge stopped cooling.
Technician came said washing machine was working. Charged for a service call. Technician left, tried to do a wash, machine still will not spin. Absolutely will not have them back!
Incompetent and inconsiderate—charged me $240 and could not fix what a qualified technician from BHS fixed in an hour for half the price.
