I had to make a insurance claim on my house from hail damage. I was informed on the damages that my insurance would pay but I was also informed that a 'depreciation' clause that my insurance company labelled on my house, Delrei Roofing demanded that I pay them out of my pocket an additional $4000.00 before they would do any work. I contacted my insurance company and I was informed that they are mistaken and wrong by attempting to gain that extra money. Be careful of 'hidden' costs implied by this company
