I agree with the other comment regarding them never answering the phone. Most of the time it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to answer. You have to call every single extension to find someone who will answer the phone. There is a clear lack of communication when it comes to getting your medication called in. It usually takes at least 3 days longer then it should for them to call in your refills. Including ones that cause withdrawal symptoms when going without.
