We couldn't have asked for anything more from Christian Prakas than we got during a recent condo sale. He was extremely prompt in responding to questions, handled a lot of the details so we didn't have to bother with them, and made everything go as smoothly as possible. We were in good hands from start to finish and if I had the need I'd use him again without hesitation.
The only word I can think of to describe our experience with Christian is flawless. He is incredibly honest when it comes to looking at homes; he looked out for my husband and my long term happiness and not immediate gratification from seeing a pretty home.
