I had the best experience with all the staff . Special thanks to Bryce Cna, nurse Yamika, Cortney . They were wonderful staff . Dr James , Dr Truong and Dr Eskenazi who were part of my surgery were amazing . They were excellent. Physical therapist Liza helped me so much , very attentive. Angelica came to my room to check on me , made sure everyone work together to give the best possible care , very pleasant , she answered all my questions. My father was admitted on 5/9 to the second floor. His nurses: Reginald, Alice, and Johanne were wonderful. However, he had a terrible experience with an aide, Emmee. He pushed his call button to get help using the bathroom. Eventually, Emmee came. He told her he needed to use the bathroom and she said well you’re going to have to wait. She proceeded to wipe off the names on the whiteboard and rewrite the names of the nurses and his name. I Roxxann Davis have been call this Delray medical center for two days after going in on Tuesday morning. I start with sinus infection where was affected my runny nose and throat so the doctor gave me antibiotics and nose spray. The only thing I keep asking for some cough syrup I don't understand why I can't get a doctor either call me back or their reception people to call me back and reorder some medicine if they can't do that just let me know and I can come into the office and let them see me again but for star ratings I ... read more
