So glad I chose Delray Genesis. Had an issue a noise grinding rear of car. Afraid I might damage further stopped in, and Danny, the service manager, took my car on the spot, gave me a loaner and off I went. Three hours later we found it was only a minor issue. Danny treated me like a VIP. I will return. Should I ever need service again. Thanks again Danny.
Had an issue with a misfire code on my vehicle and scheduled an appointment to have it looked at. My service manager was Daniel Gonzalez. I went to the service department flustered because I needed my vehicle to help move my son to his dorm. Daniel was great to work with. He listened to my issue and was sympathetic to my time crunch.
