Pools a little cold for my liking but always has been kept in good, clean condition 😆 The rooms are always clean, room service does a great job at restocking towels and making the rooms nice. The property overall is in very good condition, and the breakfast bar has some solid choices. The staff is accommodating and helpful, and Its a blast to stay there!

Like a step back into time. Very low key, beautiful, charming.
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I booked and paid for a top-tier room, but upon arrival with my emotional support dog, the staff refused to honor my reservation. They told me that the room type I booked was “not for pets” and only offered me a downgrade to a lower-tier room. To make matters worse, both the receptionist and the manager were extremely rude and dismissive. After denying us the stay, they even refused restroom access to my wife, saying the restrooms were “not for public.” Regardless of policies on emo... read more
We had our father staying here and we went to visit and Joe chased us down yelling at us being super disrespectful. Left a horrible taste in our mouth since he started following us and making rude sarcastic comments comments. I would not recommend anyone stay here but rather the sands in delray where my boyfriend and myself had the most amazing time and experience.
