A true "Beach Life" rental property. Breakers on the Beach in Delray is the perfect staycation location on the beach. Yes, five stars for location, amenities, and overall wonderful. However, the most stars go to the hospitable team working the grounds. The housekeepers really clean the room. Also, there are team members who help keep the grounds beautiful all day while relaxing and enjoying the property. The front desk team is wonderful. This little 60s hotel on the beach is amazing. People are friendly, grounds are clean, and he location is absolutely stunning. They have an amazing vibe going and all of the guests were also very nice. Pool is heated and rooms have been refurbished with new furniture. We come here a lot for weekends on the beach.
Have stayed here number of times both for business and leisure…rooms etc have always been a little outdated but the balance was the location, uniqueness of suites, and decent staff and service. But after this last stay, NEVER AGAIN. First and most importantly staff was super rude and non accommodating. Seemed annoyed anyone was staying. In my suite: AC broke twice, lamp was shorted out, they removed tvs from the bedrooms, no plug for bathtub, wifi signal super weak kicking me off constantly. Our family was there recently, and there were roaches all in the kitchen the whole time we were there. We wiped down the cabinets so many times. We kept all of our food in the refrigerator from the start like we always do. Nothing was left on the counters. when we checked out, we asked if we get any kind of discount for the roaches we were told no.
