We called David to check our a/c unit. He was very informative and honest. We appreciated his professionalism and he was also helpful. It's refreshing not to be charged and he told us that it wasn't necessary to pay for maintenance and instead showed us how to do it ourselves. Excellent service. Very responsive and very timely. Did not try to upsell and in fact, informed that my prior unit was too large and should downsize. Apparent that they value providing service over making a quick profit. Would highly recommend, without reservations, to any friend or family.
