The Doctor and staff are very very great. During my visits they are very caring and helpful to my needs and very informative and interesting in me getting my wound heal. I could not ask for better care and compassion.
I had a total right hip replacement and experienced issues with the incision properly healing. I was blessed when my surgeon referred me to Delray Advanced Wound Care Center. I was both treated and known as an individual always knowing my care was first class and based on an individualized treatment plan for me. Dr. Klapper and his staff gave me excellent care for six months. He is a very knowledgeable doctor and his nurses are experts in giving you professional care and treatment. Dr. Klapper and his staff were very kind and the treatment that they give their patients demonstrate concern, advice, and making sure that the patient has total trust and confidence in them. Personal care and a sense of humor made their medical treatment feel like it was a family who is bringing you back to health.
I was a patient at the Delray Advanced Wound Care Center from December through April, with weekly or every other week appointments. As a retired RN, I can confidently say that the care was excellent. Front desk staff were efficient and cordial. Nursing staff, Kristin and Natalie, were thorough, gentle and did an exceptional job of explaining and educating. Dr Simon and his NP, Kim, were great care takers. Thank you, team, for the great care.
