I am really happy to Philip is demoted and new VP manufacturing coming. Philip was rude and looking for hanging with women. I hope the new VP he is the best person and respect person and better run this position
Please be aware : "Phillip Haseltine VP" is an unstable person with no technical education & knowledge in their business. He seems a dictator when you work with Delphon (Gel-Pak) you should work like a slave. He is good with women; they are his girlfriends and he promotes them to the leader's position. If you are a lady to have fun with him you will be the best employee otherwise they fire you immediately because you are a man for a manufacturing trainee.
