The original Delmonico's in New York has been closed for more than 70 years, but its reputation as an elegant, luxurious restaurant is reincarnated here at the Venetian. We recently came to celebrate my fiancée birthday and it was perfect from beginning until end. The bone in ribeye was superb we will definitely be back!

I tried to mix it up in my order. I started off with the chorizo corn dogs (yum), followed by the wilted Spinach and frisée (caramelized pecan bacon, fried poached egg, red onions and sherry-bacon vinaigrette), A nice sized fillet mignon. Finished it off with a slice of Emeril's banana cream pie (hugh slice). The maître d', and servers were attentive and professional.

My wife and I ate at Delmonico for our anniversary and the food was amazing. The staff was attentive to our every need and the atmosphere was wonderful. I'd highly recommend the Ribeye and the Filet Mignon.

Bone in Ribeye is excellent. Pricey, but it is what it is. Salad, steak, twice baked potato without alcohol and tip was around $100

Excellent restaurant, excellant staff. Food was so good and prepared just as you ask. I'm not a big steak eater but I must admit theirs was perfect!! Will definitely go again. I didn't have the lobster bisque but my friends said it was so good. Big pieces of lobster was in the bisque. I had the steak tartare. It was excellent!!
