The original Delmonico's in New York has been closed for more than 70 years, but its reputation as an elegant, luxurious restaurant is reincarnated here at the Venetian. Fabulous steaks are featured in addition to veal, seafood and pasta dishes. And the adage you get what you pay for was never more applicable than here.

Amazing food and service!!! A must eat in Las Vegas!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in all of Las Vegas. I have been coming here for 15 years and have never been to another steakhouse. The service is phenomenal and I often refer to it as synchronized dining and everything is on point. I always order the bone in rib which is the signature steak. Also known as the Delmonico. I change up the appetizers, but will always get the French Onion soup when available and last night it was. We also had the petite wedge salad and the Big Eye Tuna and Salmon tartare. We're locals so our restaurants standards are pretty high. The restaurant was pleasant but nothing exciting in the decor department. Service was good, the menu pedestrian, seafood and steak. The lobster bisque was average, I've had better, but the wilted spinach salad was exceptional. My Chilean sea bass was okay, but again, not fabulous. My husband's rib eye was below average at best, I've cooked better at home. The twice baked potato was ok, but the shell was dry and hard. It starts with these light popovers served with fresh creamy butter. They are crispy outside and moist inside- best I have every had! Every bite of the ( fillet mignon) steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned with Emerils rub . The BBQ shrimp appetizers are served with a rich savory creole sauce- you will be tempted to lick the plate! Paired with the smashed potatoes and creamed corn- just what I was craving. Service was fabulous.

My wife and I have been dining at Delmonico every time we are in Las Vegas... this year for our 30th Anniversary ... the meal was fabulous and the service impeccable
