Frank is great to work with, he is very honest and will let you know all the in and outs of jewelery. I have sent many friends to see him and they all have come back with great deals and high quality jewelery. Much better than any mall place and will even give you his cost and let you know how much he is making. You will appreciate the straighforwardness and nonsales gimmicks such 75% off ( off of what) .
I have had several transactions with Frank Kapplow over the last few years. Each was pleasant, professional, and most importantly, each was characterized by the very highest quality gems and diamonds and workmanship. The prices were good. I highly recommend Delmas, the BEST jewelery store in Tallahassee, to anyone looking for these traits in a jeweler.
