Dr. Patel is very caring and optimistic. She explains where my pain is coming from and suggestions of interventions that will help to decrease the pain. She is a good listener and really cares about me and shows professional empathy.
I felt comfortable with the explanation, plan of action, the professional and concern patience with me as a patient. The procedure went well and I am feeling relief already.
