The worst management company. When our move in day came they said our apartment wasn’t ready (after we drove 6 hours from our old home) and they tried to put us in a smaller unit in the moldy basement and charge us the same amount. After that whole ordeal, my bike was stolen from the front porch bike rack after management assured me there had been no crimes in the building (neighbors later told me that management had been informed of multiple prior thefts). Horrible management and maintenance. I went almost 2 months with a broken toilet. They didn’t want to call a plumber. They are dishonest I wouldn’t ever live here again. And there’s crime in the building. Breaking and all.

I have been living for at Delmar for over a yr and content. Maintenance responds quickly and the building is quiet, sometimes too quiet lol . Secure entrance, no issue receiving packages, washer and dry in all units. Only pain is as a car owner parking can be a hassle after 6pm week days since it’s street parking and no designated lot for residents. Overall it has been a been a great experience.

I really had high hopes when I moved in in January since any complaint I had was taken care of. Except for the fact that my kitchen sink would OVERFLOW every single time it rained. The management company claims they fixed it multiple times over the last 7 months, but it never fails to over flow whatever kind of gross water into my apartment where my cats are put in danger. Don’t move here lol
