While on vacation in the Dells our family vehicle broke down and was unable to drive at all. We called around but there just weren't any places with openings that could help us out. Dells Auto gave us a free estimate right away and they were able to find the problem quickly. They got a part and fixed it the next day. We made it the 6 hours home with no problems at all. There was great hospitality and they even stayed late to finish our repair.
Rocks stuck in your rotor make a very bad sound. Thank you to Harley for staying late to get us back on the road.
We had flat tire on a rental, fortunately close to Dells. The technician Harley fixed it in minutes and got us back on the road.the office manager Sally was most helpful. The shop appears clean and well run.
Very friendly and competent place. We were vising Wisconsin Dells and needed repairs on urgent basis due to noise coming from under the car. I tried many workshops but they were all closed. Then I went to Dells Auto Center and they fixed the problem to our complete satisfaction. Thanks a lot for helping us out. Really appreciate it.
Great service, reasonable prices, very friendly. I broke down on the interstate and had my car towed here not knowing what kind of service I’d get. They were willing to try a repair even though they were about to close for the day. Unfortunately the repair was more extensive than first thought so I had to come back the next day. But they did a great job and were very friendly.
On my way into the Dells there was a shrapnel piece of tire in the middle of the road, with no time to swerve(not wanting to cause an accident) I cut my loses and ran it over. We made it to town and my cars heat shield came loose from the hit, my car sounded awful! Rattling badly whenever running/idling/driving. While staying at the Wilderness, my car was suddenly showing low tire pressure and we needed to drive back to Chicago in 2 days. I called in the morning, and they got me right in, found a nail, patched it, and I was on my way within a half hour. I couldn't have asked for any better! I definitely recommend them!
