RecommendedWe came to the Dells for vacation. on our way here the 'service engine soon' light on our 2004 Expedition came on. Normally, this is just an emissions issue. But, we didn't want to take any chances with it being 15 years old. So we went to Dells Auto Center and they got us right in. They diagnosed it and took care of the PCV valve in a very short time frame. They were very nice to us and we were very happy with their service! Thank You!
Awesome experience! we got to Christmas mountain with a bad shake in steering. we got recommended by our desk attendant to go here, I arrived in about couple hours before closing and they got me checked in and estimated right away , they were able to get the part and install it and have me back on my vacation within an hour! and it was day of super low temps so they were swamped! great experience and got to netflix & chill while I waited! Wow, great place! Knowledgeable, quick, and extremely helpful people! I came in with car problems to the Dells Auto Center on a Friday at 4:45pm (15 minutes before closing) during a snow storm. I was mid-way on a 7 hour drive and my car was losing acceleration intermittently and the check engine light came on. Matt determined the problem within minutes with the codes and was able to easily explain to me what they meant. We were in town with our classic car and noticed a leak in our power steering lines. We were staying about two blocks from Dells Auto Center, and, after reading reviews, we started our morning there. After looking things over, we left the car and went for breakfast and they had the car repaired and ready to roll when we returned. Matt explained the problem and their repair, and the charge was very reasonable. While we hope not to return, we would definitely recommend Dells Auto Center to all in need of vehicle repair.
Super nice folks! Checked over my car for a noise in brake area - Harley drove car, took a look over, and turned out a small, pretty quick fix but was honest enough to be clear about the problem being simple and kind enough to charge nothing. Good will and honesty means a lot to a customer, and I definitely would recommend and would certainly take my car in future!
drivers window wouldnt go up in the middle of a rain storm. stopped at Dells Auto and the crew there got me in and back on the road within minutes.... very friendly and professional. thanks a million Dells Auto Crew.
