RecommendedGreat service! We were in from out of town and in a bind when our car broke down. Staff was unbelievably nice and understanding. Got our car taken care of same day and kept in great contact. Prices were very reasonable. Every local person I talked to confirmed what we experienced. I don't wish a broken down car on anyone, but if you find yourself in need, I highly recommend.

Our truck broke down on vacation and they were recommended as a service center for repair. They were quick to get our vehicle in and had it fixed within a few hours. They were very friendly and the price was reasonable.
Update: Dells auto stood behind a defective product part. Brought my trailblazer back and more than that gave a heart felt apology. Which I appreciate as Customer service is very important to me! I still feel I was over charged in areas of my bill. If you use Auto Zone putting their part number on my bill was very easy to see the up charge. Then the 55.04 charge to run my credit card was wrong. I was given a certificate for an oil change. But that is nothing to the over charge I paid.
I had taken my son to the Dells for his birthday. My right front tire started making a loud noise. I live an hour and a half away. I took it to Dells Auto Center. Harley did a fabulous job finding the part that was needed and got it fixed quickly at a reasonable price and me back on the road! I am incredibly satisfied with the work that she does!

Was on my way home from the Milwaukee area when my right front wheel started howling. The howling quickly got worse and I started to get a lot of steering wheel vibration. We decided we needed to stop and have it looked at. We were near Wis. Dells and looked up a shop to stop at. Dell's Auto said they could look at it right away!! We stopped and discovered that when I got my tires rotated a few days before my trip that they didn't torque my lug nuts down!!
