Repair was done sooner than their estimate. My issue was covered partially by extended warranty which they discovere for me and saved me money.

With finally purchasing a new vehicle the last thing that you want is to have it towed in for maintenance, but this group at Dellen really had a great first impression on me. Not only did they communicate what the issues were they gave me a sufficient time to expect my vehicle back!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation (normal process). I had a flyer that stated " EVERYDAY VALUE PRICE $49.95". Because it said everyday value price, I did not take the flyer with me. When I paid, it was $75 +. I questioned it, and the lady reduced it by $20. This was either attempted fraud or Bait switch. Next, the multi-point vehicle inspection states " May require attention soon" It was the same for all 4 tires". Stuart was incredibly helpful in my search for a Buick Envision. I recently totaled my car and was left w/o a vehicle. Due to the chip/car shortage, most dealerships used high pressure sales to force me in to putting a down payment on a car I hadn't even test-driven - including the dealership I purchased my last 3 cars from.
