Had my 2023 GMC Sierra Denali in as my automatic tailgate switch was bad. Alan in service was able to accommodate my tight schedule needing to head out of town first thing in the morning. Thanks Alan you and your associates were awesome.
I sent an inquiry online to this dealership pertaining to a specific truck. Pablo responded shortly thereafter and we worked through many details. I decided to drive the 1.5 hours to this dealership and Pablo met me outside. He showed me the truck I was there to see, freshly detailed and fueled. We spent the next several hours working out the financing, primarily waiting to hear back from banks about loans. The process was relatively painless and Pablo was exceptionally helpful and patient.
