To start we bought a vehicle 6/8/24 with Platinum extended warranty expiration 6/8/2026 from Dellen, I had a great experience with my salesman (that left the facility after our purchase) meanwhile in November it developed a roaring noise while driving. I called the dealership and took it in to be checked and get the oil changed. Customer service here is unbelievably kind and incredibly helpful. I'm an autistic adult and every service member here has gone above and beyond to explain each of my repairs to me. They even explained where I could go for cheaper small things if ever I needed the option. I will come here for as long as I have a Chevy.
Linda is our favorite to go to. Love the new car but also such an easy process with her. She takes the time to understand what you need and makes sure there are plenty of options.
Pablo and Adam helped us, answered all our questions and got us into the car we wanted.
