Very kind and concern for patient
My mother has Parkinson's disease with dementia. She has been a patient of Dr. O'Carroll for over 15 years. He is always on time for appointments; takes as much time as the patient needs; and encourages patients with horrible conditions. We believe he is a God send and wouldn't take our mother to anyone else! We've always found his staff helpful and efficient as well.
How long will Southwest medical put up with it. How many bad reviews do you need
Finding a doctor that will listen and is attentive is important to me. Dr. O'Carroll is not only very friendly, but she is incredibly knowledgeable. She doesn't hurry my appointment. She is very thorough and has a good mix of friendliness and get to the point of the problem. She doesn't seem to want to medicate the symptoms but rather find the cause of the problem and address that. I've seen my fair share of doctors in my day and she ranks high in my book. I strongly recommend her.
Terrible bedside manner.
No issues with the staff but the doctor I do not recommend. She does not like to discuss issues. It is either her way or the highway.
Worst experience I’ve had with a pediatrician. Facility is not particularly clean. Carpet in waiting room has large stains. Front office staff is friendly. Beyond that, I have nothing positive to say. The LVN appears to have very little medical knowledge nor ability. Dr Power seem to have minimal interest in her patients. We have been seeing Dr. Hedges for about 9-10 years and in the last 4-5 years he forgets everything. He doesnt call in medications in a timely manner. He lies. You can see him in one visit and then next, he doesnt recall nothing. He just looks at you blank. This is peoples lives your dealing with. I found myself a new Dr.
