In my case this Dr does not make follow up calls and takes days, if not weeks to schedule appointments. Getting results back of an MRI test can take 5 days, or longer!
My daughter in law delivered at Texas Health Harris Methodist in July of 2025. She did not have prenatal care with Dr. Jordan, she had prenatal care with a midwife. Dr. OCarroll is the best doctor I have ever been to. I have been under her care for about 13 years. She always goes the extra mile to help me. Her staff is great also!
After 5 weeks in a boot and needing surgery, she won’t approve my surgery until I see a heart specialist because something came up on my ekg. Aside from asking me to wear the boot another 5 weeks. The heart specialist told me that she must be using faulty equipment . So I called her and never received a call back. Would you go to a doctor that has faulty equipment? What if your life depended on an accurate diagnosis.
Dr. Morse was nice during my visit, but he had to attend a birth, which left me feeling a bit disconnected. After taking a urine test, I called to inquire about the results, but his assistants were unable to provide any information about why the test was conducted or what the results were. Dr. Landero always greets us with a smile and asks how we are doing. She genuinely cares about our well-being and overall health. Dr. Landero will refer us to specialists if needed and follow-up with us after that visit to make sure all went well, and we felt comfortable with that specialist. She is a great listener and that is very important as it helps with a more accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. We are extremely satisfied with Dr. Landero as our PCP and recommend her to others for great quality care.
